Request data deletion for Grid Slice

App name on Google Play: Grid Slice
Developer / publisher on Google Play: Enocus
Legal entity: Enocus Limited
Android package: com.enocus.gridslice
Last updated: 14 October 2026

Important: Enocus does not run a Grid Slice account system and does not store your game progress on Enocus servers. Progress is stored on your device and, if you enable cloud backup, also with Google Play Games. Local and cloud copies must be deleted separately. Use the steps below to remove them and/or contact us.

How to request that your data is deleted

Choose the steps for the data you want to remove. If you use cloud backup and want all progress removed, request cloud deletion before clearing the App’s local data. Turn backup off on other devices first.

  1. Delete your optional Google Play Games cloud backup
Keep the App installed while requesting deletion:
    • Check the Google Play Games account selected for Grid Slice and connect to the internet.
    • Open Grid Slice → Settings → Cloud Backup → Delete Cloud Backup.
    • Check the player name in the confirmation and confirm deletion.
    • The App requests deletion of its saved-game backup and leaves cloud backup off. If deletion cannot be confirmed, reconnect and retry.
Turning backup off only pauses future App synchronization; it does not delete the existing save. An already queued request may still finish. Cloud deletion keeps progress on this phone, your Google Play Games profile and purchase entitlements. To delete phone progress as well, clear App data after requesting cloud deletion. Disable backup on other devices to prevent remaining copies from being uploaded again.

You can also use Google’s individual-game data deletion controls. That broader action can affect other Play Games data for Grid Slice and still does not erase copies stored on your devices or correspondence held by Enocus.

  2. Delete Grid Slice data on your device
On your Android phone or tablet:
    • Open Settings → Apps (or Apps & notifications)
    • Select Grid Slice
    • Tap Storage → Clear storage / Clear data
Alternatively, uninstall Grid Slice. That also removes the app’s local data from the device (unless your device backup restores it later). These actions do not themselves delete a Google Play Games cloud backup.
  3. Send a deletion request to Enocus
    Email: [email protected]
    Email deletion request

    Please include:
    • App name: Grid Slice
    • Developer: Enocus
    • That you want a data deletion request
    • Optional: your Google Play country/region and any extra detail
We aim to respond within 30 days (often sooner).
  4. Advertising & purchase data held by Google
Enocus cannot directly erase Google AdMob advertising profiles or Google Play purchase ledgers. Use your device/Google account controls, for example:
    • Android / Google settings related to Ads (reset advertising ID / ad personalization, where available)
    • Google Play / Google Account purchase and privacy tools
If you email us, we will point you to the relevant Google steps for your case.

What is deleted vs what may be kept

Data type Deleted or kept? Details & retention
Game progress (level unlock, high score), settings (sound, controls, accessibility), onboarding flags, local difficulty stats, local “ads removed” cache Deleted on device Removed when you clear app data or uninstall. Enocus does not keep a separate server copy of this data. Optional Google Play Games cloud progress must be deleted separately as described below. If Android backup restores the app later, some data might return from your backup — turn off backup/restore for this app if you want it gone permanently from that device/account backup set.
Optional Google Play Games cloud backup: unlocked levels, best scores, level records, tutorial/free-continue usage and saved run Cloud deletion requested in the App or through Google controls Use Settings → Cloud Backup → Delete Cloud Backup and confirm the player. The App targets its named saved-game backup and keeps synchronization off. No fixed server deletion time is promised; retry if the request cannot be confirmed. Local device copies remain unless cleared separately. Turning backup off or uninstalling alone does not delete this cloud copy. Google handles storage under its policies.
Support / privacy emails you send to Enocus (e.g. to [email protected]) Deleted on request After a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymize related mailbox correspondence unless we must keep a limited record for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons. Any such retained minimal records are kept only as long as needed for that purpose (typically no longer than 12 months, unless law requires longer).
Advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, ad interaction data (via Google AdMob) Not stored by Enocus; controlled by Google Processed by Google when ads are shown. Enocus does not operate this database. Retention follows Google’s Privacy Policy and AdMob practices. Use Google ad/privacy controls and contact Google where required.
In-app purchase / entitlement records (e.g. Remove Ads) via Google Play Billing Not stored by Enocus as payment details; controlled by Google Play Payment card data is collected by Google, not Enocus. Google Play may retain purchase history under Google’s policies. Clearing app data removes the local cache; your Play purchase entitlement may still exist with Google so the purchase can be restored.
Summary: Clearing data / uninstalling deletes Grid Slice’s on-device data. Request optional cloud-save deletion separately in the App or through Google’s controls. Emailing Enocus covers anything we might hold (mainly your emails to us). Ad and payment records remain under Google’s control and retention periods.
